About this notice
This notice covers loventty.com. Business identity and contact details are presently samples. The notice will be updated with the confirmed business details and ordering services before the store accepts payments.
Bag & favourites
The bag and wishlist are stored in your browser using local storage. They contain product identifiers, selected sizes, colours and quantities. They are used to remember your selections and stay in this browser for guest visits. When you sign in, bag and wishlist selections are also saved to your account so they can be available on another device. You can remove selections using the bag and wishlist controls or clear site data in your browser.
Website requests
Visiting the website sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser details and the requested page, to the web hosting service. Hosting services may keep access and security logs to operate and protect the site. The site is hosted with Namecheap.
Third-party resources
This website loads font files from Google Fonts, which may receive request information when the fonts are downloaded. Visiting any external linked service is subject to that service’s own privacy notice.
Orders & payments
Checkout collects the contact, delivery and billing details you enter and an optional gift message. Details are sent to our Namecheap hosting server. Checkout reviews last 30 minutes; completed preview and live order records are saved in our private store database and are available through the owner area and your private order link. Automatic preview-record pruning is currently paused; retained preview records remain private. Live order records are retained to fulfil orders, manage returns and support accounting obligations. Accounts store your name, required WhatsApp number, an optional recovery email, a password hash, saved addresses, wishlist and account-linked orders. We do not verify ownership of WhatsApp numbers automatically. Email recovery requires verification of your optional email. Login and logout activity includes the browser, device and a partially hidden network address; The configured housekeeping retention windows are 90 days after session expiry and one year for account activity; automatic pruning is currently paused. You can review and end your own sessions. Our authorised store owner can review customer details to provide account assistance and fulfil orders; customers cannot access another customer’s records. WhatsApp numbers are used for account access, delivery and client care, and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We use essential session cookies for sign-in and checkout. Card numbers and security codes are never collected by this website. When live PayHere payment is enabled, contact and order information is sent to PayHere for payment processing. Configured order emails contain order and delivery information and use our email service. Fulfilment may require sharing delivery details with our courier. Keep private order links secure.
Storage choices
Browser storage is used for bag and wishlist functionality. If your browser blocks it, selections may last only for your current visit. Optional analytics and Meta advertising have separate choices in Cookie preferences.
Questions & requests
Confirmed contact details for privacy enquiries will be provided on the Contact us page before the store opens. Do not send personal information to the sample contact details.
Automatic live map
The owner’s live map shows totals of recent public page views grouped by an approximate city or country. Your network address is used only in memory to look up its approximate area in a local database. The map does not save your IP address, account, session identifier or a visitor identifier, and does not set an additional tracking cookie. It shows a five-minute activity window; expired aggregate rows are removed by subsequent activity, owner refresh or the five-minute housekeeping job. Repeated page loads count again. Browser privacy signals, known bots and signed-in owner requests are excluded. This map is independent of the optional detailed journey analytics choice. Network estimates can be wrong, especially on mobile networks or VPNs.
WhatsApp availability requests
When you choose Notify me, we save your WhatsApp number, the requested product, colour and size, and your permission to receive an availability update. Requests are kept in our private store database and can be reviewed by our authorised store owner. This does not subscribe you to the launch marketing list or verify ownership of the number. No message is sent automatically by this feature. The private cancellation link shown after submission lets you cancel the request.
The WhatsApp private list
When you opt in through the launch or Subscribe page, we store your WhatsApp number, the date and version of your consent, the signup page and your subscription status in our private database on Namecheap hosting. The authorised owner can view and export this list for LOVENTTY launch news and collection updates on WhatsApp. Joining is optional, separate from customer accounts and purchases, and does not verify that you own the number. No WhatsApp message is sent by the signup form. Use the private manage-subscription link shown after signup to unsubscribe, or reply STOP to a future WhatsApp update. An unsubscribed number is retained as a suppression record so it is not added back by a repeated signup. Your subscriber number and private management link are not published.
Optional Meta advertising
When enabled by the store and accepted separately in Cookie preferences, Meta receives eligible page visits and product/bag events, IP address and browser information and may use advertising cookies to measure advertisements. Account, support, checkout, payment and private-link pages are excluded. No customer lists, form contents or automatic advanced matching are sent. TikTok and Google tracking are not connected. Change or withdraw your choices using Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops future events; information already received by Meta is subject to Meta’s data policy.
Anonymous page totals
We keep daily counts of successful page loads for the storefront, launch, product and client-care page categories. These counters apply regardless of optional analytics consent. They do not contain IP addresses, locations, customer or session identifiers, full URLs, referrers or form contents, and cannot be used to reconstruct individual journeys. Counts are kept for 90 days. These totals are separate from optional analytics and advertising.
Optional store analytics
With your permission, LOVENTTY records pages, product selections, bag and checkout actions and server-confirmed order facts in a private analytics database. Signed-in visits may link to your account. A random browser identifier estimates returning visits; it is not a fingerprint or a unique person. Only bounded campaign tags and coarse browser/device categories are retained, not search or form text. A local DB-IP database provides network-location estimates. Raw IP is not saved in analytics or sent to a geolocation provider. Country is approximate; provider city/province hints are unverified and not suitable alone for advertising targeting. Cookie preferences offers a separate optional city choice after analytics consent. A visitor-selected Sri Lankan town uses its GeoNames city centre on the map; other entered cities appear in the visitor list. No automatic device-location request is used. Shared cities can be removed in Cookie preferences and are deleted with the current visit when analytics is withdrawn. Volunteered areas remain labelled separately from IP estimates and delivery addresses. Visit data is retained for seven days; the browser identifier lasts up to seven days after your latest permitted visit. Cookie Preferences independently controls analytics and advertising and can withdraw analytics and remove your current visit. Orders and accounts remain unaffected. Browser privacy signals are respected. Blocked scripts, background tabs and connectivity gaps mean reports do not show every visitor.
